We take great pride in organizing and sending out easy to read bills that we mail directly to our consumers or to the property managers. Our wireless technology uses remote control devices to read the meters remotely. In turn, this eliminates the need to enter the house to read the meters each month physically. It’s fast, convenient, and a cost-effective solution that removes the hassle of trying to coordinate entry into dwellings each month.
How Our Service Works
We install a separate meter into each unit in the home. Each meter comes with a wireless transmitter that has coding that directly links it to that specific meter. The transmitter sends the meter’s consumption data through a repeater network to a central collector (RDL). This central collector is in the community.
The RLD collects and stores this consumption data until we use it to generate a monthly bill based on the data. We download all of the consumption data, and then we can access it on a remote basis. Once we access it, we allocate the proper charges to each tenant based on their usage. We build the data right into a file, and then it’s ready to go to your billing service.
